At Focus Camp, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness, wellness, and personal development programs tailored to your unique needs. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness while maintaining the integrity and smooth operation of our programs.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments for Focus Camp programs, including Yoga & Mindfulness Classes, the Focus Camp Program, and Private Coaching, are non-refundable.
By enrolling in any class or program, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Advance Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us as soon as possible through our website, email, or phone.
Rescheduling: We may offer the option to reschedule your session depending on availability and program requirements. Rescheduled sessions must occur within a reasonable timeframe.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class or session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session.

3. Program-Specific Refund Guidelines

Yoga & Mindfulness Classes

$150 per session. Maximum 5–10 participants per class.
Private one-on-one sessions may be scheduled separately and are also non-refundable.

Focus Camp Program

$3,200 per month. Full access to all classes and activities within the program.
Payment is collected at the time of enrollment or via automatic monthly billing.
Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued for missed classes or early termination.

Private Coaching

Customized sessions are scheduled individually.
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.

4. Payment Processing and Automatic Billing

Payments are processed via bank transfer or Zelle® directly to the Focus Camp business account.
Automatic monthly payments are set up in the presence of the client during registration.
Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

5. Exceptions and Special Considerations

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, and require supporting documentation.
Any exception must be approved by Focus Camp management and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
