François Frédéric is a seasoned yoga and fitness professional known for his structured, results-driven approach to wellness. With many years of experience, including stunt work in the movie industry, Francois Frederic focuses on improving mobility, strength, endurance, and overall body awareness. His training philosophy combines discipline with motivation, empowering clients to push their limits while maintaining proper alignment, focus, and long-term wellbeing.

Tina

Tina is a life-long athlete and experienced yoga instructor with years of hands-on practice helping individuals build strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Tina also teaches yoga and distance running at USC. Her training style blends mindful movement with effective fitness techniques, creating sessions that support both physical wellness and mental clarity. Tina is passionate about guiding people toward a healthier, more confident lifestyle through sustainable and personalized training.
